In less than one week, the 2026 CBC Japan team will be departing for our trip! Going on the trip this year is myself, Alvin, Gretchen, Audrey, Charlene, Charis, Grace, and Anna!
We will be trying to keep this blog updated with our adventures (and some pictures!) as our trip progresses, so please be sure to check back here between July 28 when we leave, and August 10 when we return. Your prayers are, and will be, greatly appreciated!
Thankfully, our preparations are essentially completed. There is a stack of various supplies accumulating in my office, and I’ve exchanged some USD into JPY so that we have that available when we get into Japan. Our teammates in Japan are busily translating the various teaching materials which we have shared :-)
